  Two male staff at this DD weren't too bad. The older female worker (Kathy) was completely unprofessional. Complained about her work to coworkers openly and threatened one coworker with being turned in. It was an open and out loud rant and harassment of a co-worker. First time here.....also the last. The unprofessional conduct has increased just in my sending this feedback......Crazy!

  Sat at the drive behind another vehicle. Once he placed his order I moved up and waited, and waited, and waited for a full 6 minutes, while four cars behind me gave up and left. I finally pulled up to the window and had to blow the horn several times just to get their attention. I asked the woman who opened the window what the problem was she said that the headset didn't always work to let them know that there was a customer waiting. I suggested that she tell the owner about the problem and she replied that they already knew. LAST TIME FOR THIS LOCATION !!!!!!!

  This evening, Tues. 2/07 at 6:47pm I stopped in for a hot large coffee with cream only. I ran up to the counter, I was the only there, and placed my order with boy behind the counter. I was on call for my job with the utility company. I got called back to work, so I stopped for a few staples to get me thru the night. I advised the boy, that I would be right back, as I ran to the c-store side to grab a few things.
  When I got back to the DD counter, 3 emts were in line, but I stepped up and pulled 5 dollars from my purse, so I could pay quickly, so your boy behind the counter could wait on the others. The 1st emt in line didn't mind when I told him I just had to pay for my coffee. When the boy, who was in his late teens or early 20's saw me, he yelled to me over the counter that now I would have to wait until he waited on the other customers. He got busy at the window, and that he was going to wait on the EMT's first . I told him I said I would be right back, but he said I was on the other side of the store, and I guess I didn't hear him? Anyway, I placed my money back in my wallet, and said that I was ok, I didn't need the coffee and I left. Now though there was no coffee waiting for me right at the counter, I did see a large coffee unattended on another counter, and I would guess that was my coffee he poured, but wasn't going to give to me now, until he waited on the others.
  I would recommend assigning others to work with him on his shift. I would rate his level of customer service with me as very poor.
  However, I would like you to thank this boy behind the counter for the reminder as to why there are many DD's in the area that I no longer visit. For the other DD's , the reason I stopped going to them was due to them messing up my orders. In this case, this will be the first store I stop visiting based on this situation. Sadly, this location used to be one of few that actually got my order correct. Congratulations young boy behind the counter, you lost a customer all by yourself. Pat yourself on the back!!

  Poor customer service and second rate food. Consistently get the wrong order and you can count on it being handed to you by a frowning, anti social dunce.
